Once the customer has approved the estimate, we will formally sign a contract.

Based on the final design, we will create a glass bottle drawing and have the customer approve it.

Based on the finalized drawings, we create a prototype mold and manufacture a prototype glass container.
When processing glass containers, we process them into prototype bottles and have the customer check them.

The customer will confirm the prototype and the data (dimensions, capacity, etc.) at the time of the prototype and approve it.

Once we receive your order, our sales department will respond with a delivery date.

After the customer’s approval, we will create the production mold and begin mass production.

We carry out a wide variety of processing to meet customer requests.

We perform a shipping inspection of the processed products. At that time, we air-clean the inside of the glass container to prevent the inclusion of foreign objects.

For customers who wish, we can also carry out bulk manufacturing, filling, packaging, and finishing at our group company, B-TEC, and deliver the product to you.
